You may cancel at no cost before your prescription is approved and sent to the pharmacy. After that point, sales are final. An order still active after 30 days counts as a fulfilled medical service, and no refunds are issued.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask for the full cost of your first month in writing, and whether it includes the medication. Ask what the consultation costs, if anything.
Ask whether the medication is compounded. Its terms say it is compounded and shipped from a partner pharmacy, but that pharmacy is not named. Ask which pharmacy fills your prescription.
Ask who signs your prescription and how often you will see that physician. Ask what baseline labs and ongoing monitoring cost, and whether follow-up visits and dose changes are included.
Ask how cancellation works if you want to stop partway through, and how long delivery takes. Its terms list 5 to 7 business days from approval to delivery.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want physician-supervised GLP-1 care with semaglutide or tirzepatide, you are ready to pay cash, and you want the choice of an in-person visit in Valdosta or a telehealth visit elsewhere in Georgia.
