What does it cost?
Weight loss visits without insurance are $150 for an initial visit in person (1 hr 15 min) and $125 for an initial telehealth visit (1 hr). Follow-ups are $90 in person (45 min) and $85 by telehealth (30 min). It lists $0.00 for initial and follow-up weight loss visits billed to insurance, in person or by telehealth. It does not publish a monthly price for the weight loss program, and it does not say whether medication is included in the visit prices. Other prices are per visit, per unit or per session. B12 is $25, Lipo MIC is $45 and the 10 LIPO Shot Bundle is $315. Botox is $12 per unit and Dysport is $10 per unit. Dermal fillers are $700 per syringe. Ultrasonic Cavitation Therapy is $150 per session, or $600 for a bundle (buy 4, get 2 free). Heat sauna wraps are $240 and fat-dissolving wraps are $100. IV drips run from $160 to $300.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. Ask who prescribes for the weight loss program, whether that provider sees you in person or only by telehealth, and whether telehealth is available in your state, since it does not say which states it covers.
Then ask what the program costs per month and whether the medication is part of the visit fees. Ask which weight loss medication is used and whether it is brand-name or compounded. The program includes lab work, but it does not publish a price for labs, so ask what labs and follow-up cost. Ask how cancellation works before you pay anything.
If you have insurance, ask which plan the $0.00 visits apply to and what you would pay if the medication is not covered.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want skin treatments, injectables and IV hydration at the same place as a weight loss program, and you are comfortable asking who prescribes and what the monthly cost is before you book. It is worth calling if you want the answers to those questions before committing to a plan.
