What is Anti-Aging Specialties?
Anti-Aging Specialties is a wellness center and med spa at 2450 Atlanta Hwy #1602, Cumming, GA 30040. The phone number is 678-801-2171. Google lists it as a medical spa, with a 4.9 rating from 99 reviews. Much of what it offers is aesthetic or wellness care: IV nutrition and hydration, vitamin injections, chiropractic, lab testing, lasers, microneedling RF, hair removal and tattoo removal. Weight loss and hormone therapy are two of its services, not the whole practice.
The clinic names Dr. Angela Fogel as its prescriber, and no MD, DO or NP credential appears beside her name. Hormone therapy uses Biote pellets, which are described as a form of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. Its weight loss program does not name a medication. Peptides appear in its wellness list, but none are named.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for weight loss or hormone therapy, and it states no consultation fee. The one price it shows is the Belly Buster Trial at $89, which covers 30 minutes of Core EMS plus RF and a full-body far infrared red light session. That is a body treatment trial, not a weight loss program.
The weight loss program is sold as a membership. In its own words: "All of our membership programs are customized to you and your specific needs for the lifetime of your membership." No monthly fee, contract length or cancellation policy is given. It does not mention insurance, HSA cards or financing.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription and what credentials that person holds. The clinic's materials name Dr. Angela Fogel in some places and Dr. Kyle Fogel in others, so get the prescriber's name and credentials in writing. Ask whether a weight loss medication is part of the program, and if so whether it is brand name or compounded. Ask whether the monthly fee covers the medication, the starter kit, the blood test and the nutrition visits, and what follow-up visits and lab work cost on top of it.
Ask how the membership bills, how long a commitment runs and how to cancel. Ask whether it accepts insurance or HSA cards, and whether any visit can be done by telehealth, which the clinic does not address. Confirm the suite number too, since its materials list both #1602 and Suite 1601, and ask for opening hours, which it does not display.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want aesthetic and wellness services in one Cumming office and are ready to ask for prices, the prescriber's credentials and a cancellation policy before you commit. It may not suit you if you need a published price for medical weight loss or hormone therapy before you book a consultation.
