What is Reset You MD?
Reset You MD is a physician-owned med spa and wellness clinic at 12107 Stoneybrook W Pkwy, Suite 106, in Winter Garden, Florida. Google lists it as a medical spa, with a 4.9 rating from 21 reviews. Its stated service area is Winter Garden, Windermere, Horizon West, Ocoee, Clermont and nearby areas. It is open Tuesday through Friday, opening at 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM and closing at 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM, and closed Mondays, Saturdays and Sundays. The phone number is (407) 987-3274.
Dr. Nidhi Chander, MD, is the one physician named as prescriber. She is the founder and medical director, and the clinic describes her as having more than 20 years of clinical experience. She earned her medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in 2004. A medical aesthetician works under her medical direction on facials and skin treatments. That person is not named, so no name or credential is given here.
The clinic lists eight services: hormone optimization and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, aesthetics and injectables, skin and facials, medical weight management, the IV Lounge and NAD+, regenerative joint care, peptide and cellular health, and genetic testing. It calls itself a med spa and wellness clinic, so aesthetic work is central to the practice. Medical weight management is one of its eight services, and it names semaglutide and tirzepatide, plus retatrutide, which is not yet FDA-approved.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for weight management, semaglutide, tirzepatide or hormone therapy. It also does not say whether medication is included in any program fee. The first visit is complimentary. In its own words: "The consultation is complimentary, and it is where we decide together whether medication belongs in your plan at all."
The only prices published are for memberships built around aesthetic work. One is $99 a month, with preferred pricing on Botox at $4.99 per unit and Dysport at $2.99 per unit. The other two are $149 a month and $199 a month, each with one monthly service credit for eligible services. It does not define which services are eligible, and none of the memberships mention weight management.
It does not say whether it accepts insurance, and it does not give cancellation terms for the weight management program.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs your prescription and who sees you at follow-up visits. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, and whether the drug is brand name or compounded. Ask what the labs and follow-up visits cost. Its weight management FAQ says follow-up is typically monthly during active treatment, but it gives no prices for that care.
Ask about retatrutide. One section lists it among what is included, while the FAQ says it is investigational, not FDA-approved, and not offered. Ask whether any visits can be by telehealth, since it does not say. Ask how to cancel once you have started. Finally, ask whether you qualify. The FAQ says adults with a BMI of 30 or higher, or 27 or higher with a weight-related condition, may be candidates, and that Dr. Chander decides after reviewing your history and labs.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a physician-led first visit in Winter Garden at no charge, and you are prepared to get prices and terms in writing before you commit to anything. It is a weaker match if you need a published weight management price or insurance billing before you call, since neither is listed.
