What is Fantastic Wellness Center Medical Spa?

Its medical staff includes physicians and nurse practitioners, though none of them is named. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with weekends by appointment only.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for the weight program, hormone therapy or anything else. The one thing it does tell you about cost is that the first conversation is free. In its own words: "Trained medical staff for complimentary consultations including physicians and nurse practitioners".
It doesn't say whether it takes insurance, HSA or FSA cards, or offers financing. Ask about all three before your first visit, along with the full price of the program.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the medication. Ask which drug the weight program would prescribe, whether it's a pill or an injection, and if it's an injection, whether it's brand-name or compounded. Ask whether the program has one price or is billed visit by visit, and whether the medication is in that price or bought separately.
Ask who will see you and sign the prescription, and what license they hold, since no clinician is named. For hormone therapy, ask what lab work comes first, what it costs, and how often follow-up visits and labs are needed. If you're interested in both services, ask how they're priced together.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live near West Palm Beach and want a med spa that also offers a physician or nurse practitioner visit for weight or hormones, and you don't mind asking for prices up front. If you want a named prescriber or a GLP-1 program with posted prices, keep looking.
