About Beverly Hills Wellness Center & Spa

What is Beverly Hills Wellness Center & Spa?

Beverly Hills Wellness Center & Spa is a medical spa at 6905 South Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach, FL 33405. Its phone number is 561-318-5367. Most of its menu is aesthetic work, including Botox, fillers, facials, microneedling, chemical peels and IV therapy. It also lists medical weight loss, testosterone therapy, female hormone optimization and peptide therapy. Its Google rating is 5 from 639 reviews.

It says it has board certified medical oversight, but it does not name the physician who prescribes for any program. In its own words: "At Beverly Hills Wellness Center & Med Spa, we provide physician-supervised GLP-1 programs and the full range of aesthetic treatments to address what weight loss does to the face, all under one roof."

It does not name the weight loss medication it prescribes. Its blog discusses semaglutide and tirzepatide and says the choice is made after an individual assessment. The blog also describes an in-person consultation with a doctor, but it does not say who writes the prescription.

What does it cost?

Its medical weight loss program has published prices. The base plan is $399 a month on a month-to-month contract, $399 a month on a 6-month contract, or $349 a month on a 12-month contract. It includes the GLP medication, syringes and injection supplies, initial metabolic labs, quarterly monitoring labs, an InBody body composition scan at intake and quarterly, and a monthly 15 minute virtual check-in with an NP or PA.

The higher-priced plan is $599 a month on a 6-month contract, or $549 a month on a 12-month contract. It adds a monthly Lipo-B injection, a monthly InBody analysis, a quarterly 30 minute nutrition consultation, a 15% discount on aesthetic services and a $50 monthly aesthetic service credit.

It mentions financing but lists no terms. It does not publish prices for hormone, peptide or IV therapy. It does not say whether it accepts insurance, and it does not describe how cancellation works.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who the prescribing physician is for your program, and whether you will see that doctor or mainly the NP or PA at check-ins. Ask whether the GLP medication is brand-name or compounded, and which medication it uses. Ask what lab work falls outside the initial and quarterly labs in the plan, and what it costs. Ask what hormone or peptide care costs before you book, since neither is priced. Ask how a 6-month or 12-month contract ends early, and whether you still owe the remaining months. Ask whether the clinic bills insurance, and for its hours, since none are listed.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want weight loss, hormone or peptide care in the same office as facial and body treatments, and you are comfortable paying cash on a membership. It is a weaker fit if you need the prescribing physician named, prices for every program, or insurance billing before you commit.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
