About Revamped Wellness
What is Revamped Wellness?
Revamped Wellness is an integrative health practice at 26837 Tanic Dr. Suite 101 in Wesley Chapel, FL 33544, reachable at (352) 834-1399. Hormone care is the core of the practice, with bioidentical hormone replacement for women and men, and medical weight loss sits alongside it. Thyroid and autoimmune management, specialty testing, health coaching, IV therapies, and Botox and facial fillers are also offered.
Lauren DeNeve, APRN, is the prescriber, an Adult Nurse Practitioner certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Joel Galvan, RN, is the office manager and health coach. The weight loss program uses semaglutide and tirzepatide as compounded products with glycine and B12 added. Peptide therapy appears in staff bios but is not offered as its own service. Virtual visits can be booked online, with medication ordered to your home, and in-person visits are available in Wesley Chapel. The practice has a 4.7 Google rating from 12 reviews. In its own words: "we have over 10 years of experience treating women for hormonal imbalances."
What does it cost?
The new patient consultation is $450 for one hour. That fee covers the first visit and a follow-up to review tests or labs, and it can be booked in person or virtually. Without membership, a standard follow-up is $225 for up to an hour. Refills, nurse visits, and blood draws start at $25, based on complexity.
The VIP Wellness Membership is $75 a month. Members pay $175 for follow-up visits of 45 minutes to an hour, get 10% off retail products and 20% off Fullscripts supplements, and pay $10 a unit for Botox instead of $12. Refill visits, nurse visits, a monthly body analysis scale, and blood draws are included. The pricing starts November 1, 2026. Revamped Wellness does not publish prices for its weight loss or hormone programs, does not say whether medication is part of any price, and does not say whether insurance is accepted. Ask for those figures before you book.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. Ask whether Lauren DeNeve, APRN, writes your prescriptions, who answers your questions when she is unavailable, and what the first visit covers before any medication is ordered.
Then ask about cost and product. Find out whether the program or membership price includes medication, and what semaglutide or tirzepatide adds each month. Ask whether the drug is brand name or compounded, which pharmacy fills it, and what compounded means for what arrives at your door. Ask what lab work and follow-up cost without membership, whether any visit is billed to insurance, what office hours are, and the cancellation terms in writing, including the notice required and whether membership fees are refunded.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want nurse practitioner-led care for hormone therapy or medical weight loss, you are ready to pay cash, and you want the choice of virtual visits or in-person visits in Wesley Chapel. If you need written medication pricing before booking, or you are relying on insurance, get those answers first.
