About RenewMe Medical Collective
What is RenewMe Medical Collective?
RenewMe Medical Collective is a cash-pay practice that mainly offers hormone therapy for women and men, with medical weight management alongside it. Amy, a board-certified, acute care nurse practitioner, is the only prescriber named. She reports over 15 years of critical care experience. The practice lists four service areas: GLP-1 therapy and an appetite suppressant for weight management, hormone therapy, peptide therapy, and NAD+ therapy. The medications named include tirzepatide, semaglutide, phentermine, SLU-PP-332, O-304, BPC-157, and TB-500. It also offers MIC and B12 injections and glutathione injections.
In its own words: "At RenewMe Medical Collective, we specialize in hormone optimization, not just hormone replacement."
It does not publish a street address, office hours, or the towns it serves. The phone number is (574) 229-5336. Google lists it as a medical clinic with a rating of 5 from 11 reviews.
What does it cost?
The one-time initial consultation fee is $75. Follow-up consultations are included in the treatment price. Weight loss medication starts at $350 for a one-month supply of tirzepatide and $240 for a one-month supply of semaglutide. Phentermine is $125 on a strict three-month treatment plan. It does not say whether the medication is included in those weight loss prices.
Testosterone injections are $199 a month and creams are $164 a month. A women's plan with estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone is $299 a month, and the practice says that price covers medication, supplies, shipping, follow-up visits, a thyroid evaluation, and provider access between visits. Progesterone alone is $199 a month. Men's testosterone injections carry a $40 short-fill fee for fills of less than 4 weeks. NAD+ is $250 per 1000mg injectable vial, $225 for a nasal spray, and $115 for oral troches. BPC-157 and TB-500 injectables are $325 each.
It does not say whether it accepts insurance, offers HSA or financing, or what its membership and cancellation terms are.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes and signs the prescription, and whether Amy is the only prescriber. Ask whether the monthly weight loss price includes the medication, and if not, what the medication costs on top of it. Ask whether tirzepatide and semaglutide are brand-name products, and whether SLU-PP-332, O-304, BPC-157, and TB-500 are compounded. If they are compounded, ask who makes them and where.
The practice states: "Medication selection and dosing are determined after evaluation." Ask what that evaluation includes and what it costs. Ask what lab work and follow-up visits cost for weight loss and hormone plans, and whether visits are in person or by telehealth. Ask how cancellation works for monthly plans, whether any refund applies, and whether the $40 short-fill fee applies to your plan.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you already plan to pay cash for hormone therapy or medical weight management, want a nurse practitioner as the main prescriber, and are willing to get the medication price, lab costs, and cancellation terms in writing before you pay. If you need a published street address, office hours, or insurance billing, call first and see whether the office can answer those questions.
