In its own words: "Memberships are billed monthly in advance on a recurring basis to the payment method on file until you cancel." You can cancel by email, phone, or secure message, and cancellations made at least 5 business days before your next billing date stop future charges.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether the semaglutide and tirzepatide are compounded or brand-name products, since the practice works with a compounding pharmacy. Ask about shipping too. The weight loss information promises no hidden shipping fees, so get that in writing before you enroll. Ask what lab panels cost on top of the membership, and what an extra visit costs, because neither is published. Ask whether a new patient can start with a virtual visit or must come in first, since virtual follow-ups are for established patients. Ask who covers your care when the prescriber is away.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want the same named nurse practitioner for ongoing care, can pay a monthly fee out of pocket, and can get to the Vero Beach or Port Saint Lucie office. It is not a fit if you need insurance billing or same-day appointments.
