What is Suncoast Trim Clinic?
Suncoast Trim Clinic is a cash-pay weight loss service at 1101 S Tamiami Trl, Suite 103Q, in Venice, Florida. It is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with Saturday visits by appointment. Prescribing is done by independently licensed providers in its network, and it does not name them. Lana Batishev, RN, BSN, is the founder, and her team provides the coaching.
It offers three services. The Compounded Tirzepatide Program pairs a GLP-1/GIP medication from a compounding pharmacy with coaching. The Zepbound Concierge Membership covers brand-name Zepbound sent to the pharmacy you choose. NAD+ is a compounded add-on for members who want energy and recovery support. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. In its own words: "Medication is a tool, not the plan."
What does it cost?
Compounded tirzepatide starts at $329 per month. The ceiling is $399 a month, with medication and coaching included. The price can vary by dose tier as your provider adjusts your plan. The Zepbound membership is $129 every 28 days, and your pharmacy bills the medication separately, either to you or to your insurance. The clinic does not publish what Zepbound costs. NAD+ is $199 per month.
Provider visits are $25 each for an asynchronous review, or $50 for a live video visit. Your card is authorized at checkout and charged only after a prescription is issued. If treatment is not appropriate, the authorization is released, but the visit fee still applies. Both programs bill on a recurring schedule, and you can cancel any time from the portal. Fees may be non-refundable once prescription processing has begun.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription and which state that provider is licensed in, since the clinic does not name them. Ask whether your state is served, because services are offered only where its providers are licensed. For the brand membership, ask what Zepbound will cost at your pharmacy and whether your insurer covers it, since the clinic does not say. For the compounded program, ask which pharmacy fills it. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, because the clinic does not mention lab work at all. Finally, ask whether the free intro call is with a provider or a coach, and whether a live video visit is required in your state.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are paying cash, want coaching bundled with a prescription program, and are comfortable with a compounded medication that is not FDA-approved. If you need a named prescriber, or insurance to cover the medication, get those answers before you pay.
