What is Elite MediSpa?
Elite MediSpa is mainly a medical spa. Most of its listed services are aesthetic: Botox and other injectables, dermal fillers, PDO threads, microneedling, chemical peels, facials, Hydrafacial, laser and IPL treatments, body contouring and permanent makeup. Weight loss and hormone therapy are two of its services, alongside IV therapy. Julia Floyd owns and runs it. It runs more than one office, and each office has its own hours and phone line.
Its Weight Loss & Wellness program is built on primary care visits from Andrews Health Care Consulting, which it describes as an on-site affiliate. It names two injections, Lipo-B Injections and B-12 Injections. Its hormone service is Biote Hormone Replacement. It does not list peptide therapy or longevity medicine, and it does not name a GLP-1 medication. The first location opened in 2021.
In its own words: "Elite MediSpa has direct medical supervision and health-enhancement services in addition to several affiliated primary care services"
What does it cost?
Its memberships run from $199 to $299 a month. The Renew membership is $299 a month. The Restore and Wellness memberships are each $199 a month. The Wellness membership lists biweekly Lipo B12 injections, BioTE pellet insertion and complimentary HRT and weight loss consultations among its benefits. It does not say whether the membership covers those injections and pellets in full.
For weight loss, it lists a referral discount of $20 off a follow-up visit or a free Lipo-B injection. It also lists a primary care visit without insurance, with no price shown.
It does not publish a consultation fee, a price for weight loss or hormone therapy outside the membership, telehealth details, or membership cancellation terms. It does not say whether it bills insurance.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescriptions, because it does not name a prescriber for weight loss or hormone therapy. Ask whether the monthly membership covers the Lipo-B, B-12 and BioTE injections or pellets, or whether they are billed separately. Ask whether the weight loss medication is brand-name or compounded, and which medication it would be if it is not a GLP-1. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost. Ask whether it bills insurance, and how a membership is cancelled, including any notice period. Check hours and phone numbers with the office you would actually visit.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are mainly looking for aesthetic and spa-style treatments and want weight loss or hormone therapy alongside them. If you want a named prescriber and published prices before you call, put those questions to the office first.
