About Refresh Health NP

What is Refresh Health NP?

Refresh Health NP is a nurse practitioner-led integrative psychiatry practice at 1003 S. Washington Ave., Titusville, FL 32780. Its main work is psychiatric care for children, teens, and adults, including evaluations, medication management, follow-up visits, and a Rooted Focus Functional ADHD Program. Weight loss is one of its services, alongside thyroid optimization, genetic testing, wellness care, and integrative approaches.

Three nurse practitioners prescribe: Chrystel Hart, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC; Brianne Ward, APRN, PMHNP-BC; and Stacy Fifer, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC. The weight loss page does not say which of them runs that program. The program includes metabolic evaluation, lab work, nutrition guidance, and medication management, with FDA-approved weight loss medications considered when appropriate. Telehealth is available across Florida, and in-person visits are in Titusville. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm ET. The phone number is 321-250-9965.

What does it cost?

The weight loss program is cash-pay only. The first weight loss visit is $150 for 60 minutes and covers your health history, goals, and care plan. Follow-up visits are $100 for 30 to 45 minutes and cover progress monitoring and lab review. A superbill is available on request for possible out-of-network reimbursement from your insurer. In its own words: "No prior authorizations. No rushed visits. No compromises."

The ADHD program costs $300 for a 60 to 90 minute initial evaluation and $200 per follow-up. Its 12-week intensive is $800 and includes the initial evaluation, two follow-up visits with the provider, weekly follow-up calls with an ADHD Coach, and a personalized 12-week care roadmap.

The consultation fee for psychiatry is $150 for 60 minutes. Most of its psychiatry services accept insurance, while the weight loss, ADHD, and wellness programs are cash-pay only. It does not publish what medication costs, and it does not say whether medication is included in the visit price. Ask before you book.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask which of the three nurse practitioners will handle your weight loss care, and who signs the prescription. Ask whether the visit price includes any medication, and what that medication costs each month. Ask which GLP-1 medications the clinic prescribes, and whether they are brand-name or compounded.

Ask what lab work costs, whether it is billed separately from visits, and what follow-up will cost over several months. The weight loss page lists telehealth, and the contact page says telehealth is available across Florida, so ask whether every weight loss visit can be done by video from where you live. Ask how cancellation works. In its own words: "Cancel anytime," so confirm whether that applies to the 12-week ADHD intensive as well. If you have insurance, ask which of your visits it covers before you pay cash.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want weight loss care inside a psychiatry practice, and you can pay per visit while medication costs stay unknown until you ask. It also suits parents or adults in Florida seeking an ADHD evaluation who are ready to pay cash for a program. If you need a named weight loss prescriber before you book, wait until the clinic gives you one.
