About Ellis Integrative

What is Ellis Integrative?

Ellis Integrative calls itself a family practice with an integrative approach to chronic disease and wellness. Its service list is wide. Two of its offerings matter most to someone paying cash: a medical weight loss program and bio-identical hormone therapy. Gretta Ellis, FNP, is listed as founder, and she is the only prescriber the clinic names.

The weight loss program has two options. Option 1 uses phentermine, a prescription appetite suppressant. Option 2 uses tirzepatide, an injectable that the clinic calls "microdosing," which it describes as starting at very low doses and increasing as tolerated. In its own words: "We offer two different medical weight loss programs, tailored to your needs and goals:"

Hormone therapy is offered as bio-identical hormone replacement for women, mainly during perimenopause and menopause, and as a separate men's HRT service. The clinic also lists EBO2 IV therapy, PRP injections, TMJ care, joint care, P-shot and O-shot treatments, hyperbaric chamber sessions and esthetics. Google lists it as a medical clinic with a 4.8 rating from 38 reviews. It does not publish a street address, phone number or office hours.

What does it cost?

It does not publish prices for weight loss, hormone therapy or any other treatment. It also does not say whether a consultation has a fee, whether a monthly price includes medication, whether it accepts insurance, or what its cancellation terms are. The only prices it shows are for supplements in its shop, such as Adrenal D-Stress at $50.00, Balance at $32.50 and Berberine at $50.58. Those are products, not medical visits. Ask for every figure in writing before you book.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who signs the prescription and whether Gretta Ellis, FNP, will be the one seeing you. If she is not available, ask who handles your follow-up.

Ask whether the tirzepatide is brand-name or compounded, and who supplies it. It does not say. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, and what the "regular check-ins" cost.

Ask what the microdosing schedule looks like and how often your dose will be reviewed. For hormone therapy, ask what lab testing is required and what it costs. Its hormone therapy description lists pellets implanted under the skin among the delivery methods, so ask which methods are offered and what each one costs.

Ask whether telehealth visits are available, how you cancel, and how long the clinic has been open. None of these are stated.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want weight loss or hormone therapy from one clinic that also offers several in-person treatments, and you are ready to pay cash and get the price, medication terms and prescriber confirmed in writing before you commit. If you need a published price, a listed address or insurance billing before you call, wait until those are shown.
