About True Longevity Clinic
What is True Longevity Clinic?
True Longevity Clinic is a concierge medical practice at 1018 Thomasville Rd, Suite 104, Tallahassee, FL 32303. Primary care is its core, and it also offers aesthetic treatments such as Botox, filler and microneedling with PRP. Its four main programs are medically managed weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and longevity care that includes NAD+. Taylor Ann Drew, APRN, founded the practice and is the prescriber.
Visits can be by telehealth or in person at the Thomasville Road office, and the office runs by appointment. It does not publish how long it has been open. In its own words: "Every plan is personalized after an initial consultation and a review of your labs." You can text or call (850) 270-7227 to start.
What does it cost?
It is cash pay only. No insurance is accepted, though a superbill is available on request. Weight loss programs start at $240 a month, and the final cost depends on the protocol your plan calls for. It does not say whether that monthly price includes medication. Membership is optional, and you can pay as you go.
Hormone replacement therapy starts with a $250 consultation and lab review. Ongoing hormone management is $375 a quarter and requires a Medical Membership. Medications and lab tests are billed separately.
Peptides are priced one at a time, from $125 for Selank or AOD-9604 up to $300 for NAD+, SNAP-8 or Thymosin. Every peptide program starts with a 30-minute consultation, and it does not state a fee for that visit. Medical Members get 15% off peptides. It lists Cherry financing. It does not publish membership prices or membership cancellation and renewal terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether the $240 monthly weight loss price includes medication, and if it does not, what the medication costs each month. Ask whether any medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask who writes and signs each prescription, and whether that is Taylor Ann Drew, APRN, every time.
Ask what lab work, InBody scans and follow-up visits cost on top of the program fee. Ask for the total cost of a full peptide protocol, since the listed prices are per peptide. Ask what a Medical Membership costs and how to cancel or renew it, because the clinic does not publish those terms.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a concierge practice with direct access to a provider, you are paying cash without insurance, and you are comfortable getting the medication, lab and membership answers in writing before you book.
