Goals Weight Loss is a physician-supervised weight loss practice in Stuart, Florida, with a second office in Jupiter. It was founded in 2020 by father-and-son team Dr. Robert Panza and Michael Panza. Dr. Robert Panza, MD, is the only prescriber the clinic names. Michael Panza is a co-founder, and the clinic gives him no medical credential.

What does it cost?

The first visit is free and takes about 30 minutes, with no obligation to continue. The clinic is cash pay only. In its own words: "We are a self-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly." It does not mention HSA eligibility, financing, or cancellation terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription, and whether Dr. Panza writes it for every program. No prescriber is named for peptide therapy, so ask who handles that as well.
Ask whether the $50 weekly price includes the medication, and what a full month costs with it. Ask whether each medication is brand-name or compounded, and whether each is FDA-approved for the use you have in mind.
Ask what lab work costs. The FAQ says it is usually not required but may be recommended. Ask what follow-up visits cost and how often they happen.
If you plan to use telehealth or have medications shipped, ask which states are covered and what shipping costs. The clinic does not say which states its telehealth covers. Finally, ask how cancellation works, and whether there is a minimum commitment or refund policy.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a cash-pay program with a named physician prescriber, and you want a free first visit before you commit. If you need insurance billing, or you need the monthly cost in writing before you start, get those answers first.
