What should you ask before you book?
Start with who signs the prescription. Ask for the name and credentials of the prescribing clinician, and whether that person reviews your labs and sees you in person. Ask whether telehealth is offered, since the clinic does not say. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, and if it does not, what the medication costs on top.
Ask whether the GLP-1 medication is brand-name or compounded. The clinic does not name the specific medications, its own description of its GLP-1 treatments calls them a custom blend, and one Google review mentions compounded tirzepatide. So ask which drug you would receive and which pharmacy fills it. Also ask what the consultation, follow-up visits and lab work cost, how to cancel, and which office you would be booked at.
