What is Belladri?
Belladri is an aesthetics and wellness practice at 111 2nd Ave NE, Suite 213, in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. It lists seven services: tattoo removal, scar revision, injectables and fillers, medical weight loss, regenerative aesthetics, skin care, and wellness and IV therapy. Medical weight loss is one of those services, and the rest of the menu is skin, injectable and IV work. It is open Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday by appointment, and closed Sunday. The phone number is (727) 266-1500. Google shows a 5 rating from 47 reviews.
Adrianna Leszczynska, APRN, FNP, MBA, founded the practice and is the only person named as prescriber. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. The weight loss medications named are Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, Phentermine, HCG, Tesamorelin Peptide, MIC, and B12 shots, and the program also describes semaglutide. The weight loss section describes the medication as prescribed and monitored in person. In its own words: "It is a program built around you, delivered in person by a board-certified nurse practitioner rather than a telehealth-only provider."
What does it cost?
Weight loss is listed at $450 a month or $1,200 for 3 months. It does not say whether the medication is included in that price. A separate pricing section lists Tirzepatide at $499/month and Retatrutide at $599/month, both labeled weight loss. It is not clear whether those figures are part of the $450 program or added to it. No price is given for semaglutide, and no consultation fee is published. Labs and body composition analysis are offered, but their cost is not stated.
Belladri does not accept insurance, so every visit is paid out of pocket. The menu lists payment plans, but no terms are shown. On pausing care, the clinic writes: "If you need to pause a series of treatments, just give our office a call and we'll work with you to pick back up when you're ready." It does not state cancellation terms.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs each prescription and who sees you at follow-up visits. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, and if it does not, what the medication costs each month. Ask whether the drug is brand-name or compounded. Ask what the labs cost before you start and what check-ins cost after that. Several weight loss FAQ answers still read as placeholder text, so these questions need answers directly from the office.
Ask about Retatrutide's regulatory status. The weight loss section calls it an emerging therapy and says current status will be covered at consultation, so ask for that answer in writing. Ask whether any visits can be done remotely, since the medication is described as prescribed and monitored in person. Ask whether the consultation is charged and whether it is credited toward treatment. Ask how a pause or cancellation works and whether it costs anything.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want medical weight loss run in person by one nurse practitioner, you can pay the full cost yourself, and you also want skin or aesthetic work at the same office. If you need a monthly price that clearly includes the medication, or you want video visits, get those answers in writing before you book.
