What is Pristine Spas?
Pristine Spas is a day spa and medical aesthetics business founded in 2015 by Tamara and Inga. It has offices in St. Cloud, Lake Nona (Orlando), and Viera (Melbourne), all in Central Florida. Most of what it does is spa and skin work: massage, facials, waxing, lash and brow work, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, and semi-permanent makeup. Its medical menu includes injectables, microneedling, and chemical peels, and medical weight loss is one item on that menu. Google lists the business as a medical spa, with a 4.7 rating from 426 reviews.
The weight-loss program uses semaglutide, and it is offered at the St. Cloud and Viera offices. Ozempic, Wegovy, and Rybelsus are named as brand-name products containing semaglutide. Tirzepatide, sold as Mounjaro or Zepbound, is named as a different medication. No prescriber is named. The program is described as overseen by a double board-certified cosmetic surgeon, with prescribing done by licensed medical professionals holding active Florida medical credentials. In its own words: "Semaglutide is a prescription medication provided only after a medical consultation and eligibility screening."
This listing is for its St Cloud office at 3374 Canoe Creek Rd.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices. That includes the consultation, the eligibility screening, the medication, lab work, and follow-up visits. It does not say whether medication is included in any program price. Its membership is one flat monthly rate with no contracts, but it covers one hour of massage therapy or a facial each month, plus member pricing on other services. It does not tell you what the medical program costs.
For payment, it offers financing through Cherry, CareCredit, and Allē. In its own words: "We offer flexible financing through Cherry, CareCredit, and Allē so cost doesn't stand between you and the treatment you want." It does not say whether it accepts insurance.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription, by name and Florida medical license, since no prescriber is named. Ask whether the program price includes the medication, and whether the drug is a brand-name product or a compounded version. Ask what the medication costs each month.
Ask for the consultation fee, the screening fee, and the cost of lab work and each follow-up visit. Ask whether any part of the program can be done by telehealth, since that is not addressed. Ask which office runs the program and whether you would see the same prescriber each visit. Ask whether insurance is accepted and whether HSA or FSA cards can be used.
Ask how cancellation works and whether you can stop partway through without paying for the rest of a term. If you finance, ask what the financing charges are.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a supervised weight-loss program at a spa that also handles your facials, waxing, or laser work, and you are comfortable paying for the consultation and monitoring with the full price confirmed in advance. It is a weaker fit if you need the prescriber's name and a posted fee schedule before you make the call.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
