What does it cost?
Reset is sold as a monthly program in three levels. Core is $500 a month and includes physician-led medical weight loss, lab testing, coaching, progress monitoring, and maintenance planning. Total Body Reset is $700 a month and adds two XERF skin-tightening treatments and 12 StarFormer muscle-stimulation sessions. Elite is $900 a month and adds physician-selected peptide optimization when appropriate.
The clinic does not say whether the monthly fee includes medication, and it does not say whether insurance is accepted. The Rebalance hormone program lists two levels, Core and Elite, and does not publish a price for either.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription and whether Dr. Beavers is the physician who reviews your labs and prescribes. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication and, if it does not, what the medication costs and where it is filled. Ask which medication is used and whether it is brand-name or compounded, since the clinic does not name any medication publicly.
Reset plans include lab testing at least twice a year, so ask what those labs cost and whether they are covered by the monthly fee. Ask whether follow-up visits are included, whether telehealth is available, and whether the clinic takes insurance or HSA payment. Finally, ask how cancellation works and whether the membership has a minimum commitment.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want skin treatments and a physician-led weight, hormone, or longevity program under one roof, and you are willing to get the medication, lab, and cancellation terms in writing before you pay a monthly fee. It is a weaker fit if you need insurance billing or a full price list up front, since the clinic does not publish either.
