About InnerWorks Performance & Wellness
What is InnerWorks Performance & Wellness?
InnerWorks Performance & Wellness is a wellness center at 2225 A1A S # B4 in St. Augustine, FL 32080. It has one location. Google lists it as a wellness center, and it also describes itself as a longevity clinic. Dr. Luther Quarles IV, DO, MS, is the physician who supervises the prescribing, and he is the only person the clinic names with prescribing credentials.
The clinic offers four kinds of care. Its weight loss program uses semaglutide and tirzepatide, prescribed after lab screening. Its hormone services include testosterone therapy and hormone therapy for women. Its peptide menu lists BPC-157, TB-500 and weight loss peptides. Its longevity services include NAD+ therapy, IV drips and lab-guided plans. It also offers red light therapy, contrast therapy and infrared sauna sessions. Its Google rating is 5.0 from 45 reviews. It does not say how many years it has been open, and it does not list hours.
Labs come first. The clinic runs Signature Blood Panels in-clinic. In its own words: "Nothing is administered without clinical justification." Its semaglutide program starts with baseline labs, moves through gradual dose increases and includes monthly follow-up visits.
What does it cost?
The general medical consultation is $150. Testosterone therapy starts from $165 a month, with lab-based dosing and monitoring. The clinic does not say whether that price includes the medication. It does not publish prices for its GLP-1 medications, its hormone therapy for women or its Wolverine stack of BPC-157 and TB-500. All of those are priced at consult.
Some lab panels are priced on the page. The TRT Advanced Panel is $299, and the GLP-1 safety panel is $249. Other listed prices include NAD+ IV from $575, red light therapy with PEMF at $50 and contrast therapy from $85.
On insurance, many patients use HSA or FSA funds toward qualifying medical costs. It does not say whether it accepts insurance. It does not state membership terms or how cancellation works, even though it offers IV memberships and packages.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether the $165 monthly fee includes the testosterone itself. Ask what the GLP-1 program costs each month once medication, follow-up visits and repeat labs are added together. Ask whether semaglutide and tirzepatide are brand-name products or compounded, and which pharmacy fills them. Ask who signs each prescription, and whether Dr. Quarles or another provider reviews your results.
For BPC-157 and TB-500, ask whether they are compounded and where they come from. Ask what follow-up lab work costs and how often it is repeated. Ask whether any visit can be done by video, since the clinic does not say. Ask for its hours, whether it accepts insurance, and how a membership or package is cancelled.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a physician named on the program, you expect labs before any prescription, and you are ready to pay cash or use HSA or FSA funds. If you need a published price before you call, expect to wait until the consultation.
