What is Universal Wellness Concepts?
Universal Wellness Concepts is a physician-led regenerative and integrative medicine practice at 8010 25th Court East, Unit 106, Sarasota, FL 34243. Its main work is hormone care, weight management and regenerative treatment. It is not accepting new patients right now and has a waitlist for 2027.
Dr. Miranda Giusti Clark, DO, leads the practice. She has over a decade of experience with bioidentical hormone replacement and metabolic weight loss programs. Matthew Hyatt, RN, is a nurse on the team, and the clinic does not say what role he has in prescribing.
The clinic lists six services: hormones, stem cell and exosome therapies, peptide therapy with NAD, weight loss, IV therapy with micronutrient testing, and personal training. Hormone options include BioTE pellets, injectables, transdermals and oral forms. For weight loss, in its own words: "Programs may include Rx weight loss medications, GLP-1 therapies, and supportive peptides," but it does not name specific drugs. Personal training happens one-on-one inside City Fitness Sarasota, a studio co-owned by trainer Ryan Clark.
Office hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 5:30am to 2:00pm, Friday 6:00am to 11:00am, Saturday by appointment, and closed Monday. Google lists the clinic at 4.9 from 38 reviews. It is an independent practice and is not affiliated with Universal Wellness Group or any similarly named clinic.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices. The clinic is fee-for-service, which means you pay for the care directly. It does not say whether insurance is accepted, whether a monthly price would include medication, or whether it has membership terms or a cancellation policy. The one offer listed is a Free 15 Minute Consultation, by phone or in person, which the clinic will contact you to schedule.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with timing. Since the clinic is not taking new patients, ask whether the free consultation is possible before the 2027 waitlist opens, and what joining the waitlist involves.
Next, ask who signs your prescription. Dr. Giusti Clark is the physician the clinic names, so ask whether she writes every prescription and whether Matthew Hyatt prescribes anything.
Then ask about the monthly price, if there is one. Find out whether it includes medication, and whether the weight loss or hormone medications are brand-name or compounded. The clinic names drug types but not specific products.
Finally, get the cost of follow-up visits, lab work and any IV or testing before you commit. Ask whether telehealth visits are offered, whether insurance is accepted, and how cancellation works. If personal training is part of your plan, ask whether it is billed by the clinic or by City Fitness Sarasota.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you can wait for an opening or are already on the waitlist, you are in or near Sarasota, and you are ready to pay directly for hormone, weight loss or regenerative care. If you need a clinic taking new patients now, or prices before you call, this one does not meet that need yet.
