The weight loss evaluation costs $49 and covers a physician consultation, a review of your history, symptoms and medications, body composition analysis, an EKG if the medication calls for one, and a review of recent labs or recommended tests. In its own words: "There is no obligation to begin treatment." It does not publish prices for hormone therapy, peptides or body shaping. It also does not say whether insurance is accepted, whether financing or HSA payment is available, or what the cancellation terms are.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who the prescribing physician will be, since the clinic does not name that person. Ask whether the $66 weekly plan includes the semaglutide or tirzepatide, and what each costs per month if it does not. For the peptides and testosterone, ask whether the product is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether the EKG is an extra charge. Ask whether insurance or HSA cards are accepted, and how cancellation works, including how much notice you owe. The site also has a shop section, so ask whether any of its products are part of your plan and whether you are expected to buy them.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want physician-supervised medical weight loss in Sarasota, you plan to pay cash, and you want the full monthly cost in writing before you commit.
