The membership includes consultation and follow-up appointments, a personalized treatment plan, a review of hormone labs, TRT injections when prescribed, and 10% off supplements through Fullscript. It does not include initial or full annual labs, which can be done in the office or at a lab of your choice. HRT medications such as pellets, creams, patches, or oral prescriptions are billed separately. What should you ask before you book?

Ask who signs your prescription and under which license, since the listed credential and the bio title differ. Ask whether the monthly membership is the full cost or whether the medication, including any GLP-1 prescription, is billed on top. Ask whether the weight loss medications are brand-name or compounded, and what peptide products are used and who prescribes them, because no prescriber is named for peptide or weight loss care specifically.

Ask what the initial and annual labs cost, and what the HRT medications cost when billed separately. Ask for the consultation fee and whether any part of the care is covered by insurance. Ask for office hours. Finally, ask whether leaving early means paying the rest of the 3-month minimum, and confirm how the 30-day written notice works.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want hormone care or medical weight support, either at the Sarasota office or by telehealth within Florida, and you are willing to confirm the prescriber's license and the full monthly cost before you commit. If you need a published price or a plan where medication is included in one fee, this clinic does not show that yet.
