About Eternal MedSpa

What is Eternal MedSpa?

Eternal MedSpa is a physician-supervised beauty and wellness practice with offices in Sarasota and Venice, Florida. Most of what it offers is aesthetic: wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, laser and IPL, microneedling and permanent makeup. Its wellness side covers medical weight management, hormone restoration (BHRT), IV therapy, B12 and wellness injections, and Healthy Aging Consultations. Sarasota offers every service. Venice offers a shorter list, including hormone and weight-loss consultations.

Reuben W. Holland III, MD, FACEP, a board-certified emergency physician, is named as Medical Director. Antje Dangel, PA-C, is co-founder and clinical director. Eternal gives a founding date of September 2025 and describes itself as veteran and women owned. Google shows a 4.9 rating from 166 reviews.

This listing is for its Sarasota office at 4049 Clark Rd.

What does it cost?

The medical weight loss program has two options for eligible new guests. The first month is $249 or $399, then the monthly price is from $299 or $449. The first consultation is complimentary and led by a PA-C under physician supervision. Eternal does not say whether the monthly price includes medication, and it does not name a weight-loss drug. In its own words: "A provider decides whether weight-loss medication is appropriate." It also says there is no long-term contract, if confirmed at enrollment.

Hormone therapy has no published price, and neither does the Eternal Vitality Collective, its hormone membership that includes monthly wellness injections (B12, NAD+ or glutathione). Payment runs through financing pathways, and Eternal does not say whether it accepts insurance.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who signs the weight-loss or hormone prescription, and whether you will see that person. Three clinicians are named: Antje Dangel, PA-C, Jennifer "Zen Jenn" Demers, and Reuben W. Holland III, MD, FACEP. Eternal does not say which of them prescribes for weight loss or hormones.

Find out whether the monthly fee covers medication, and if it does, whether the drug is brand-name or compounded. Ask for the cost of labs, follow-up visits and refills, since none are listed. Confirm how a membership is cancelled and whether "no long-term contract" appears in your enrollment paperwork. Check whether insurance, HSA or FSA funds can be used, and whether any part of care can be done by video, since telehealth is not mentioned. No hours are listed, so call 941-216-5221 to confirm them.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want a provider-led weight-loss program that starts with a complimentary consultation, and you are ready to pay for it out of pocket each month. It is a weaker fit if you need to know which clinician prescribes, or whether insurance applies, before you commit.
