What does it cost?
Semaglutide is $149 every 4 weeks at doses up to 0.5mg, and $199 for doses above that. Tirzepatide is $249 every 4 weeks up to 5mg, $349 for 7.5mg and 10mg, and $399 for 12.5mg and 15mg. Both programs include unlimited in-person or virtual visits, all medication and supplies, and free shipping. Adding four weeks of BioBoost Plus at 0.25ml doses costs $20. BioBoost Plus is also sold on its own at $289 per 30ml vial, which covers a 1ml dose per week for 30 weeks, with syringes and prep pads. The clinic notes that its pricing is subject to change.
The clinic does not accept insurance claims. It takes HSA, FSA, CareCredit and major credit cards. On membership, it says: "Our services are offered on a month-to-month basis. You can quit at any time."
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription and whether that person is the one you will see. Ask whether the semaglutide and tirzepatide are compounded, which pharmacy fills them, and what documentation supports the purity figure the clinic states, 99.5% or higher. Ask whether your dose could move into a higher price tier and what you would pay then. Ask whether lab work or follow-up outside the visits costs extra, since the listed prices do not mention it. Ask what BioBoost Plus contains, whether a provider must approve it, and whether an unused vial is refunded if you cancel.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a GLP-1 medication on a month-to-month plan, you will pay out of pocket or through an HSA, FSA or CareCredit, and you are comfortable with compounded medication and with providers you may meet online.
