Medical weight loss is its main service, offered with semaglutide and tirzepatide. It also lists testosterone replacement therapy, Botox and neurotoxins, IV infusions, an injection bar (B-12, Lipo-Mino and glutathione are named), and supplement recommendations. It calls itself a medical weight loss and anti-aging clinic. It does not list peptide therapy.

The one prescriber it names is Morgan Barber NP. Telehealth is offered only to Florida residents, for weight loss and injection therapy. The clinic is open Monday and Thursday from 9am to 6pm, and by appointment only on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Its Google listing shows a 5-star rating from 30 reviews.

What does it cost?

Semaglutide and tirzepatide are each listed as "Starting at $250/month." The clinic does not say whether that monthly figure includes the medication itself, so ask what it covers. The initial telehealth consultation costs $150. Lab work is $50 for the basic panel and $100 for the fuller one, which adds extra vitamin levels for injectables. It will also accept lab work from your current provider.

It does not publish prices for testosterone replacement therapy, Botox, IV infusions or the injection bar. It does not say whether it accepts insurance, whether it takes HSA cards or financing, or how membership and cancellation terms work.

What should you ask before you book?

Start with the medication. In its own words: "including compounded medications like Tirzepatide and Semaglutide." Ask whether the drug you would receive is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy makes it.

Ask who writes the prescription and who handles follow-up. Morgan Barber NP is the named prescriber, so ask whether she sees you at each visit. Ask what follow-up visits and monitoring labs cost after the first consultation, and how often they happen. If you are considering hormone therapy, Botox, IV infusions or the injection bar, ask for the full price of each.

Ask whether the monthly fee is a membership, how cancellation works, and whether there is a minimum commitment. Some of the clinic's blog posts describe an office in St. Augustine, which does not match the Santa Rosa Beach address. Ask which location you would be booked at.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you live in Florida, want medical weight loss with semaglutide or tirzepatide, and are prepared to pay cash for a monthly program once you have the price terms in writing. If you live outside Florida, or need a clinic that bills insurance, it is less likely to fit your situation.
