What is Thrive & Glow Wellness?
Thrive & Glow Wellness is a medical spa at 566 Barton Blvd, Suite F, in Rockledge, FL 32955, inside BC Suites. Google lists it as a medical spa, with 5 stars from 20 reviews. Most of the menu is aesthetic work: neurotoxins (Xeomin and Daxxify are the two named), dermal fillers, chemical peels and medical microneedling. It also offers IV hydration, vitamin injections, and three services that need a prescriber: medical weight management, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and peptide therapy.
Erin Santiago, APRN, FNP-BC, is the founder and owner and the only prescriber named. She is described as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. The weight loss program includes prescription medication when appropriate, along with nutritional guidance and body composition tracking. Medication is not required. GLP-1 treatments are mentioned, but the clinic does not name the medication it uses. BHRT begins with a consultation and lab work, then creams, pellets, patches or injections. Hours are listed only as a rotating schedule of weekday and weekend availability.
In its own words: "Every treatment begins with listening."
What does it cost?
The clinic publishes two membership prices and no others. The Thrive Membership is $99 a month. Each payment is added to your account as a $99 Monthly Thrive Credit for eligible services and products, and members get 10% off neurotoxins and dermal fillers. The Thrive Elite Membership is $199 a month, with a $199 monthly credit and 10% off a longer list that includes microneedling, chemical peels, IV hydration, vitamin injections and medical-grade skincare. Both require a 3-month minimum, renew monthly until you cancel, and expire unused credits after 12 months. Membership discounts do not combine with package pricing or promotions.
It does not publish prices for weight loss, BHRT or peptides, and it does not publish a consultation fee. Cherry and Affirm are listed as payment plans. It does not say whether insurance is accepted.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription for weight loss medication or hormone therapy, and whether Erin Santiago prescribes for every plan. The clinic does not say whether a medical director is involved in patient care, so ask that too.
Ask which weight loss medication is used, whether it is brand-name or compounded, and whether its cost is part of any monthly fee. Ask for the consultation fee and what follow-up visits and lab work cost.
Ask whether telehealth is offered, whether insurance is accepted, and what the exact hours are. Ask how to cancel a membership, and what happens to unused credits when you do.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want injectables, skin treatments or a monthly membership for aesthetic and wellness services in Rockledge, and you are comfortable paying out of pocket or through Cherry or Affirm. If you are looking at weight loss, hormone or peptide care, get the prescriber, the medication and the full price in writing before you book.
