What is Radiant Recharge?

Radiant Recharge is a wellness practice in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, with its office at 466 SW Port Saint Lucie Blvd, Suite 114. Its menu is broad. Medical weight loss is one service among many, alongside lab collection, IV vitamin therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, peptide therapy, private duty nursing, immunizations, drug testing, laser treatments and esthetician work. The clinic names two prescribers, Jessica Burgos, RN, and Dr. Aneel Ursani. Jessica Burgos has been a nurse since 2012. The clinic does not state Dr. Ursani's credentials as MD or DO, and it does not say which of the two prescribes weight loss medication. The weight loss program uses semaglutide and tirzepatide, and it lists Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound and Mounjaro as name-brand options for clients who qualify. It will come to you for the in-person consultation. Telehealth is offered as in-office, virtual or ship-to-home, but it does not say which states that covers.

The peptide side is described this way. In its own words: "we design custom protocols that help your body heal, perform, and function at a higher level." Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday is by appointment only, and Sunday is closed.

What does it cost?

The medical weight loss plan is $299 per month. The clinic does not say whether that price includes medication, and it does not publish a consultation fee.

Lab collection carries a $20 standard collection fee on all draws, plus a $25 travel fee for mobile collection. The $20 fee is waived only for Aetna employer plans. Manual lymphatic drainage is $60 for a 30-minute session and $100 for a one-hour session. Peptide protocols are listed from $249 to $999 a month.

It accepts all major insurances and offers cash discounts. It does not say whether insurance covers weight loss visits. It publishes no membership, commitment or cancellation terms.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who writes the weight loss prescription, Jessica Burgos, RN, or Dr. Aneel Ursani, and whether Dr. Ursani holds an MD or DO.

Ask whether the $299 covers the medication, and whether the semaglutide or tirzepatide is a brand-name product or a compounded version.

Ask what the consultation costs, what each follow-up visit costs, and what any required lab work costs.

Ask whether your insurance will cover any part of the visits or the medication.

Ask how cancellation works and whether you must commit to a set number of months.

If you are considering peptides, ask which ones would be in your protocol, whether they are FDA-approved, where they are made, and which provider designs your plan.

Ask whether telehealth covers your state.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want nurse-led care in Port Saint Lucie or in your home, you expect to pay cash for most of it, and you are willing to get written answers on medication, consultation fees and cancellation before you pay.
