What is EliteRx?
EliteRx is a direct-pay primary care practice in Pensacola, Florida, open since 2022. The initial hormone consultation is $169. Ongoing health coaching starts at $100 a month, and the first coaching consultation is complimentary. The practice is cash pay only and does not bill insurance. Payment is due at the time of service, and most credit, debit, HSA and FSA cards are accepted. It offers a concierge membership or pay-per-service care, but it does not publish a membership price. The membership lists prescriptions among what members get, but it does not say whether the medication is included.
It does not publish prices for GLP-1, hormone or peptide treatment. It also does not say what lab work costs or how membership cancellation works. Get those figures before you book.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the GLP-1 prescription, and whether that person is one of the prescribers named above. Ask whether a membership fee covers the medication, and whether the medication is brand-name or compounded. The clinic names both weight-management brands and diabetes brands, so ask which one you would receive. For peptides, ask whether the product is FDA-approved or compounded. Ask what follow-up visits and labs cost, whether follow-ups can be done by video, and how a membership is cancelled and whether it has a minimum term.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want primary care and weight or hormone care in one Pensacola office, you can pay cash, and you want the medication cost in writing before you start. It is a weaker match if you need insurance billing, which the clinic does not offer, or video visits, which it does not mention.
