What is Ageless Pensacola?
Ageless Pensacola is an aesthetic and anti-aging medicine practice at 3101 N 12th Avenue, Pensacola, FL 32503. You can call (850) 378-1404. The office is open Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm. Dr. Sylvia Harris, MD and Dr. Michael Harris, MD are the physicians who prescribe. Most of the practice is cosmetic, including laser treatments, Botox, Juvederm, Hydrafacial, CoolSculpting and skin peels. Three of its services are medical programs: peptide therapy, weight loss with GLP-1 medications, and hormone replacement. Google lists it as a wellness center with a 5-star rating from 66 reviews.
The practice describes its approach this way. In its own words: "Dr. Harris prides herself in being personally involved in all procedures." Its peptide therapy uses compounded preparations from a state-licensed 503A pharmacy partner. The medications named include semaglutide, tirzepatide, Sermorelin and NAD+. The first visit is in person at the Pensacola office. Follow-up visits can be done by telemedicine for patients in Florida and 8 additional states.
What does it cost?
Membership has three tiers. Foundations is $79 per visit, with no monthly commitment. Visit fees apply at the start of therapy, at dose or peptide changes, and every 6 months. The two monthly tiers are $149 a month and $229 a month. Both carry a 3-month minimum, then you can cancel anytime. Both require baseline labs before you start. The $229 tier adds advanced longevity peptides. There is no onboarding fee, and the consultation is listed as free.
Labs are ordered by the clinic but billed separately by the lab, and no lab cost is published. The clinic does not publish a price per dose or per month for its GLP-1 medications, and it does not publish an insurance policy. Financing is listed, but no terms appear. Its own materials also disagree on whether compounded peptides are included in the membership price. One section says they are included on every tier, while the FAQ says they are billed separately. Get that answer in writing.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which doctor will prescribe for you and who manages your follow-up. Ask whether compounded peptides are covered by the membership fee or billed on top of it. For semaglutide and tirzepatide, ask whether the product is brand-name or compounded, since the FAQ says some peptides are FDA-approved and others are compounded. Ask for the monthly cost of any GLP-1 medication you are considering, because no figure is published.
Ask what the baseline and follow-up labs cost, since the lab bills them directly. For Foundations, ask how many visit fees to expect in a typical six months. For the monthly tiers, ask how cancellation works inside the 3-month minimum and whether any fee applies. If you plan to use telemedicine from outside Florida, ask whether your state is on the list, which is available on request.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are an adult paying out of pocket who wants physician-supervised peptide, weight or hormone care, and you accept that medication and lab costs are billed on top of the membership. If you want one flat monthly price that covers medication and labs, ask for it in writing before you book, because no such price is published.
