What is Infinite Life Medical?
Infinite Life Medical is a multidisciplinary clinic at 2126 N Flamingo Rd in Pembroke Pines. Much of its work is pain relief and rehab: chiropractic care, shockwave therapy, massage, neuropathy treatment and car accident recovery. Alongside that it runs a physician-led medical weight loss program, an anti-aging menu and functional medicine. Of the four services, it offers medical weight loss and peptide therapy.
The weight loss program is built on GLP-1 drugs. In its own words: "We use advanced GLP-1 medications (including Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and Retatrutide) combined with a personalized strategy tailored to your body and your goals." Plans include a personalized diet, supplements, body composition analysis and follow-ups with a board-certified physician, who isn't named. Peptide protocols are offered as their own treatment, next to Botox, Juvederm, PRP and stem cell therapy. Its functional medicine service lists hormone optimization and lab testing, but doesn't say whether that means prescription hormone therapy. It serves Weston, Miramar, Cooper City, Southwest Ranches and the rest of South Florida, and offers same-week appointments for new patients.
What does it cost?
It doesn't publish prices for weight loss, peptides or any other service. The first consultation is free. It accepts most major insurance, naming Ambetter, Aetna, American Health, AvMed, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Humana and Medicare. It doesn't say whether insurance covers the weight loss program or the medication, so ask whether you'd be paying cash for those.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask for the monthly price of the weight loss program and whether it includes the medication. Ask whether the semaglutide and tirzepatide are brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills them. Retatrutide is on its list, so ask where it comes from and what its approval status is before you agree to it. Ask the name and credentials of the physician who will prescribe and follow you. If you're interested in hormone therapy, ask whether the clinic prescribes it. Ask what lab work is needed, what it costs, and what the office hours are.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you're near Pembroke Pines and want GLP-1 weight loss in the same clinic where you might also get chiropractic or pain care, and you'd like to check whether your insurance helps. If you want a clinic focused only on weight loss or hormones, ask how much of the practice is given to it.
