About Evercare Wellness & Aesthetics

What is Evercare Wellness & Aesthetics?

Evercare Wellness & Aesthetics is an aesthetics practice at 1301 10th St. E Suite A in Palmetto, Florida, with a phone line at 941-777-2150. Most of what it offers is cosmetic: Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, lip treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, CO2 laser resurfacing and Kybella. Medical weight loss is one of its services, alongside NAD+, Super MIC B12 injections and wellness visits. It says it serves Palmetto, Parrish, Bradenton and Ellenton, but the only office address it gives is in Palmetto.

Chrissy Carlee, APRN-C, founded the practice and is the one person named as its prescriber. The weight loss service uses semaglutide and tirzepatide, along with low-dose naltrexone and NAD+ therapy. In its own words: "We offer Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, NAD+ therapy, and low-dose naltrexone to support weight loss and wellness." Google lists the business under weight loss services with a 5 rating from 87 reviews.

What does it cost?

It does not publish a price for medical weight loss, and it does not say whether medication is included in any price. No consultation fee for weight loss is stated either. Its published prices cover other services: Lip Flip at $99, Microneedling at $350, Collagen Induction Therapy with PRP at $499, Chemical Peel at $150, Super MIC B12 injections at $30, a Skincare Consultation at $50, and wellness visits starting at $100, depending on the treatment needed. Neurotoxin and dermal filler consultations are listed as free. The acne consultation is $50 and does not include medication.

It states "No insurance accepted." That line appears beside the wellness visits, so it is cash pay there at least. It lists payment plans, but it does not say what they cover. It also says: "We practice upfront pricing to ensure you're well-aware of costs before any appointment." That makes the missing weight loss price worth raising directly.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask whether the weight loss price includes the medication, or whether the drug is billed on top of the program fee. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, and who supplies it. Ask who writes the prescription, who handles follow-up, and what a follow-up visit and lab work cost. Ask whether insurance is accepted for weight loss, since the no-insurance line appears only beside the wellness visits. Ask how the program is cancelled, whether there is a membership term, and what the payment plans cover. Ask whether follow-ups can be done by telehealth, since the clinic does not say, and what its hours are, since none are listed.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want injectables, skin treatments and medical weight loss in one Palmetto office, and you are ready to pay cash and get the full cost in writing before the first visit. It is a poor fit if you need a published weight loss price or insurance billing before you commit. Calling first to get those answers is the sensible next step.
