What is ARK Aesthetics & Wellness?
ARK Aesthetics & Wellness is a medical spa at 1131 SW Martin Downs Blvd in Palm City, Florida. Most of the work is aesthetic: wrinkle relaxers such as Botox, Dysport, Daxxify and Xeomin, dermal and lip filler, collagen-stimulating treatments with Sculptra and Radiesse, microneedling and medical-grade skincare. The wellness side adds medical weight management, peptide optimization, NAD+ therapy and IV and nutrient therapy. Weight loss is one service among several.
Ashley Alfonso, APRN, FNP-C, founded the practice and is the only prescriber named. She has more than six years in aesthetic medicine. The practice has a 5-star rating on Google from 62 reviews. It names semaglutide and tirzepatide. In its own words: "Our medical weight loss program combines individualized care, ongoing provider support and prescription treatment options that may include semaglutide or tirzepatide when clinically appropriate."
What does it cost?
The clinic does not publish prices for any service, including weight loss and peptide care. Its one money option is financing. ARK offers payment options through Cherry to help eligible patients manage costs, and financing is subject to approval. It does not say whether insurance is accepted or whether any price includes medication. It also gives no membership or cancellation terms for the weight loss program. The first step it offers is a complimentary consultation.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. Ask who writes the prescription if you start a weight loss medication, and whether that person is Ashley Alfonso, APRN, FNP-C. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, what the medication costs on its own, and whether it is brand-name or compounded. Ask what the consultation, follow-up visits and lab work cost, and how often you would be seen.
Next, ask about payment. Find out whether insurance or HSA or FSA funds are accepted, or whether Cherry financing is the only option. If you finance, ask the total you would owe over the full plan. Ask how you cancel and whether there is a minimum commitment.
If peptides interest you, ask which peptide is proposed and whether it is FDA-approved. Ask whether a prescription follows every consultation, and whether the consultation fee applies if no prescription follows.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want aesthetic injectables, skin treatments and a medical weight loss consultation with one local practice, and you are ready to pay out of pocket or finance through Cherry. It is a weaker fit if you need prices before booking, insurance billing, telehealth or hormone therapy, since the clinic does not publish or describe any of those. Ask about them before you commit.
