What does it cost?
Vita Medspa does not publish prices for any treatment, and it does not publish a consultation fee. Each weekly weight loss visit takes about 15 minutes. That tells you how long you will be in the chair, not what it costs. It does not say whether the medication is included in the program price, whether it accepts insurance, or whether the weight loss program is a membership with a cancellation term. Before you book, ask for the full cost of the weight loss program, including medication, weekly visits and any lab work. If you are considering a filler or facial, ask for that price too, and ask whether the consultation is charged.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes the tirzepatide and semaglutide, what credentials that person holds, and whether they review your history before the first injection. Ask whether the medications are brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy supplies them. Ask whether the weekly injections, medication, labs and follow-up visits all fall under one price. Ask what is checked beyond the eligibility rule the clinic does publish: a BMI greater than 30, or greater than 27 with at least one obesity-related condition. Ask whether any part of the program can be done by telehealth, since it does not say. Ask how long any commitment runs and how to cancel. Confirm the office you are booking, because some of its online articles also mention Boca Raton. If you plan to pay with an HSA card, ask first, because it does not say whether HSA payment is accepted.
Who is it a good fit for?
