What is True Health?
True Health is a federally qualified health center, registered as Central Florida Family Health Center, Inc. dba True Health. Its headquarters is in Sanford, and it has offices in Orlando, Casselberry and other towns in Orange, Seminole and Volusia counties. Most of what it does is primary and community care: adult care, pediatrics, dental, OB/GYN, behavioral health, pharmacy, podiatry, lab and X-ray, and telehealth. Weight loss is one of those services, and the clinic lists it as new.
The weight loss program is offered at its Alafaya and Sanford offices. It prescribes Wegovy and Liraglutide, and its program description also names Semaglutide. The program starts with an initial consultation of up to 30 minutes, a focused exam with lab work, a body analysis, and a review of nutrition and physical activity. Monthly follow-up visits and repeat lab work come after that, as the provider decides. The clinic does not name the provider who prescribes. It does not list hormone therapy, peptide therapy or longevity medicine. Telehealth is offered for select services, including extended hours on Fridays. Google shows the clinic at 3.3 from 335 reviews.

What does it cost?
It does not publish prices, and that includes the consultation, the monthly follow-ups and the medication. The weight loss program is open to insured and uninsured patients, and the clinic accepts insurance. Its pharmacies use the federal 340B drug discount program, but the clinic does not explain how that affects what you pay. Sliding-scale payment based on family income is described for its dental and OB/GYN care, and the weight loss program page does not mention it. The page also does not say whether the monthly fee covers the medication. In its own words: "Prices are subject to change at any time and without notice."
What should you ask before you book?
Call the main line at (407) 322-8645 and ask these before you book. Who signs the prescription, and will you see that same person at follow-ups? Does the monthly fee include the medication, or does the pharmacy bill you separately? Is the Wegovy or Liraglutide you would receive the brand-name product or a compounded one? What do the initial consultation, the exam and the repeat lab work cost if you pay cash? Can follow-ups be done by telehealth, given that telehealth covers only select services? Which of the two offices is the right one for you? How do you cancel, and do you owe for a full month if you stop partway through?
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want weight loss care from the same clinic that handles your regular medical visits, labs and prescriptions, and you are willing to get the price and the prescriber's name in writing before you commit. If you are looking for hormone, peptide or longevity medicine, this clinic does not list those services.
