What does it cost?
The first 30-minute physician consultation has no charge. It covers a review of your history and goals, a body analysis, a screening EKG, and injection training for the injectable programs. After that, the price page lists three programs. Tirzepatide is $110 a week, or $399 for 4 weeks. Semaglutide is $80 a week, or $299 for 4 weeks. Phentermine is $75 a week, or $600 for 12 weeks, and that program includes Lipo Burn injections along with phentermine capsules. The page does not say whether the tirzepatide or semaglutide price covers the syringes themselves.
The clinic does not take insurance. Many patients pay with FSA or HSA funds. It accepts CareCredit, Afterpay, major credit cards, debit cards, and cash, and payment is due at the time of service. Fees are subject to change. In its own words: "No memberships or long-term commitments."
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether the weekly fee includes the medication, and what a refill costs when you return. Ask which price is current. The clinic's FAQ still quotes $65 a week plus a $180 start, and its front-page search preview says treatment starts at $99. Ask Dr. Newsome who writes and adjusts your prescription, and whether your injectable medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost beyond the consultation. Telehealth is not mentioned, so ask whether any part of care can be done remotely. Finally, ask how cancellation works and how a price change would apply to someone already enrolled.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want in-person, physician-guided weight loss care in Orlando and can pay out of pocket, using an HSA or FSA card, financing, or cash. It is a weaker fit if you need insurance billing or remote visits, since the clinic does not bill insurance and does not mention telehealth.
