Direct primary care starts at $79 per month for unlimited visits. The clinic does not say whether it accepts insurance. It publishes no cancellation or commitment terms and no office hours. It offers a free consultation but gives no price for it.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. Ask for the name and license of whoever signs your prescription, and whether that person sees you before the first one and again at each renewal. Ask whether the semaglutide and tirzepatide are brand-name or compounded, and where they come from. Ask what the phentermine consult costs, since those medicines are marked as needing a special consult. Ask what labs cost if they turn out to be needed, and how cancellation and refunds work partway through a 75 day plan. Ask whether the 30 day continuation renews on its own.
Ask whether visits happen in Orange City or by telehealth. Medical weight loss is offered statewide, but the service area names only Volusia and Seminole County towns.

This is a good fit if you want a cash-pay weight loss program with the medication in the price, you live in or near Volusia or Seminole County or can do the program by telehealth, and you will ask for the prescriber's name and the cancellation terms in writing before paying.
