What is GLO Aesthetics + Wellness Lounge?
GLO Aesthetics + Wellness Lounge is a medical spa at 1925 SW 18th Ct, Unit 109, in Ocala, Florida. Its Google listing puts it in the medical spa category, and much of its menu is aesthetic work: neurotoxin with Daxxify or Xeomin, dermal fillers, microneedling and skin treatments. It is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday until 6 PM, and weekends by appointment only. It has a 5-star Google rating from 20 reviews.
Three of the four services this directory covers appear on its menu. It offers testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for men, bioidentical hormone therapy for women and thyroid optimization. It runs a weight loss program that it describes as medically supervised. It also offers an NAD+ IV formula marketed as anti-aging. It does not list peptide therapy. It does not name a prescribing physician or provider, so the weight loss program's supervision is not tied to anyone by name. IV therapy and genetic testing are marked Coming Soon.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for weight loss, hormone therapy or any other service. The first step is a consultation, described this way: "Schedule your complimentary consultation to discuss your goals and create a personalized treatment plan." It lists payment plans, but the terms are not stated. It does not say whether medication is included in any program fee, or whether lab work and follow-up visits are.
On insurance, it says: In its own words: "Coverage varies by insurance provider and plan." It does not say which plans it accepts. It says it provides detailed invoices that patients can submit to their insurer for possible reimbursement. It does not say whether HSA cards are accepted.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes, and what letters follow their name, since no name appears. Ask which weight loss medications the program uses. Its program page mentions FDA-approved medications and supplements without naming any, so ask whether each product is brand-name, compounded or a supplement.
Ask whether the program fee covers the medication, the lab work, the follow-up visits and the nutrition plans. For hormone therapy, ask what the full first-year cost looks like, including the testing that comes before a plan. Ask whether any part of care can be done by telehealth, since it does not say.
Ask how membership and payment plan terms work and how cancellation is handled. Ask when IV therapy and genetic testing will open. Ask how long the clinic has been open, because it does not say that either.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in or near Ocala, want an in-person visit, and are willing to call first to get the prescriber's name, the prices and the medication details in writing before you book. It also makes sense for someone who wants aesthetic treatments and hormone or weight care under one roof.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
