What is Juvenis Medical?
Juvenis Medical is a cash-pay hormone and peptide practice in Oakland Park, in the Fort Lauderdale area, at 1164 E. Oakland Park Blvd., Suite 202. Its founder is Dr. Paul Goodkin, DC, a Doctor of Chiropractic and US Navy veteran who has been practicing for over 20 years. It offers testosterone replacement (TRT), bioidentical hormone therapy for women in perimenopause and menopause, thyroid care, medical weight loss with GLP-1 medications, and peptide therapy. Medications it names include semaglutide, tirzepatide, BPC-157, sermorelin, ipamorelin with CJC-1295, and NAD+.
Every protocol starts with blood work. After a free 15-minute consult, patients get a panel of 70+ markers, then a plan built on those labs, with repeat labs to adjust it. Medications come from licensed compounding pharmacies and are shipped to the patient. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with Saturdays by appointment.
Telehealth has limits the clinic sets itself. Hormone therapy, including TRT, is offered by telehealth to Florida residents only, while non-controlled peptide therapy is offered by telehealth in all 50 states. In-person visits at the Oakland Park clinic are open to all patients.
What does it cost?
Juvenis Medical is cash pay only and does not take insurance. The first 15-minute consult is free. The metabolic blood panel used in its weight loss program costs $100 to $345. It does not publish prices for TRT, hormone therapy, GLP-1 medications or peptides, so the monthly cost of treatment is something to ask about on the first call.
What should you ask before you book?
Dr. Goodkin is a chiropractor, so ask who writes and signs your prescription, and what that clinician's license is. Ask what a month of treatment costs and whether that price includes the medication. Because its medications come from compounding pharmacies, ask whether you'd be getting a compounded drug or a brand-name product. Ask how often labs are repeated and what each follow-up panel costs. If you live outside Florida, confirm which treatments you can get by telehealth before you book.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you're in South Florida, or a Florida resident open to telehealth, and you want lab-guided hormone, weight loss or peptide care paid in cash. It's less of a fit if you need insurance to cover your visits.
