About Align WellSpa

What is Align WellSpa?

Align WellSpa is a cash-pay wellness clinic at 8400 Racing Lane in Navarre, FL 32566. It sees clients from Navarre, Mary Esther, Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach, and it works by appointment only, Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Its Google listing is in the wellness center category, with a 5 rating from 36 reviews. In its own words: "We value our clients’ time and trust."

Most of the menu is wellness care: weight management, men's and women's hormone care, peptide therapy, functional gut health testing and vitamin therapy. A medical aesthetics line sits alongside it, with laser hair removal, IPL, microneedling and facials. The weight program names semaglutide and tirzepatide, which are GLP-1 medications, and it starts with lab work and a nurse consultation. The clinic does not name who writes its prescriptions.

What does it cost?

The wellness program runs $249 to $599+ per month, for a term of 3 months to 1 year. The clinic does not say whether medication is included in that monthly fee. Its FAQ notes that the monthly subscription includes weekly nurse follow-ups and a choice of a weekly lipotropic injection (valued at $180) or a monthly Sculpt IV infusion (valued at $225). Supplements cost extra.

The 30-minute nurse consultation is complimentary. Lab draws and the diagnostic panel start at $199, and the 60-minute provider evaluation is $199. Functional food sensitivity testing is $249, and the GI-MAP stool test is $399. The clinic does not publish prices for weight loss medication, hormone therapy or peptide therapy. It does not accept medical insurance, but it will provide information for self-submitting claims, and it accepts HSA and FSA. Cancellation terms are not stated.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who writes the prescription and what license that person holds. Ask whether the monthly fee covers the medication, and whether semaglutide and tirzepatide are brand-name products or compounded. If compounded, ask which pharmacy supplies them. The clinic's peptide description mentions "pharmacy-grade peptides," so ask what that means for each product you would take.

Ask what follow-up visits and repeat labs cost on top of the program fee. Ask for the price of hormone therapy and peptide therapy, since neither is published. Ask how cancellation works and whether any part of the fee is refundable if you leave before the term ends. Ask whether telehealth is offered and how long the clinic has been open, since neither is stated. In its own words: "Our costs are competitive with the area, and our pricing model is transparent." Ask for that comparison in writing.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you are paying out of pocket, want in-person nurse and provider visits in Navarre, and are ready to ask about the prescriber and the medication source before you commit. The clinic does not bill insurance and is not built for one-time visits, so check both against what you need.
