What is Body Morph MD?
Body Morph MD is a physician-led med spa, and most of what it offers is aesthetic. That includes Botox, Dysport and Xeomin, Kybella, lip filler, facial balancing, microneedling with PRF-M, chemical peels, medical-grade skincare, hair restoration with PRF-M and exosomes, and body sculpting with Emsculpt and Emtone. It also offers IV therapy, gut health care, and a medical weight loss program. Weight loss is one service among several, not the main focus. Dr. Teresa Lantin, MD leads the team and is the named prescriber.
The weight loss services include GLP-1 weight loss medications, a weight-loss concierge program, weight loss maintenance, a medical weight loss and lifestyle program, and the Orbera gastric balloon. The clinic describes metabolic testing, lifestyle coaching and ongoing physician monitoring as part of that work. In its own words: "Every recommendation starts with your concerns, goals, medical history, and the changes you want to see."
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for consultations, injectables, skin treatments or weight loss programs. It does not say whether GLP-1 medication is included in any fee, whether insurance is accepted, or how membership terms and cancellation work. Ask the office you plan to visit for the consultation fee, the monthly cost of any program, and whether the medication is billed separately.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes and signs the GLP-1 prescription, and whether that is Dr. Lantin or another provider. The clinic does not name the specific GLP-1 drug it uses, so ask which one it is and whether it is brand-name or compounded. Then ask whether the monthly fee covers the medication, and what follow-up visits, metabolic testing and lab work cost on top of it.
If you are considering the concierge program or any membership, ask how cancellation works and whether there is a minimum term. Ask whether follow-up visits can be done by telehealth, since the clinic does not mention telehealth at all. The clinic also does not list hormone replacement therapy as a service, although its weight loss pages mention hormone evaluation, so ask whether that is available if it matters to you.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a physician-led practice that handles both aesthetic treatments and a medically supervised weight loss program under one roof, and you are ready to pay cash and ask about the medication, follow-up and cancellation terms before you commit. If you need a published price list, insurance billing, or hormone replacement therapy, call first and ask those questions directly.
