The FAQ says it takes health insurance, but the program page says it does not accept insurance for the program. Ask which applies to what you need. Ask what follow-up visits, refills and lab work cost, how large the lab discount is, and how cancellation and refunds of the enrollment payment work. Ask which states its telehealth covers, since it does not name any. Finally, ask about holiday closures, because the hours say to call for those dates.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are 18 or older, want a cash-pay practice where a nurse practitioner handles your primary care and a weight loss program, and are willing to get the medication, follow-up and cancellation costs in writing before you enroll.
