What is AURSPA?
AURSPA is a day spa and med spa inside Clay Town Center in Oakleaf, at 1658 Corsair Ln., Middleburg, FL 32068. Most of its business is spa work, including massage, facials and skin treatments. It also runs a separate menu of medical services: medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, microneedling and a few others. You can reach the clinic at (904) 524-8256. Weekday hours run from 9:00am to 8:30pm, with shorter hours on Saturday and Sunday.
The medical weight loss program is built around GLP-1 injections, and the clinic names semaglutide as the medication. It describes a plan that pairs the injections with diet and activity guidance, followed by ongoing support and regular check-ins. Hormone care covers women and men. Its hormone FAQ describes pellets as small compounded implants that may contain estradiol or testosterone. The clinic does not name who prescribes its medication, and it does not say whether telehealth is offered. Its Google listing shows 5 stars from 31 reviews, and those reviews mostly describe massages and facials.
What does it cost?
The clinic does not publish prices for medical weight loss, hormone care or consultations, and it does not publish a consultation fee. Its hormone FAQ says to contact AURSPA for current pricing. It also says cost depends on the prescribed treatment, the hormone dosage, lab work and follow-up care. The clinic does not say whether medication is included in any program fee.
On insurance, the hormone FAQ says coverage varies by plan, that compounded hormone pellets may not be covered, and that AURSPA cannot guarantee reimbursement. It does not say whether the clinic accepts insurance for weight loss care. It lists Payment Plans, Memberships and a Cancellation Policy without stating their terms, so ask for those in writing.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. Ask for the full name and license of the person who signs your prescription, and whether that person is the one you will see at your consultation. Then ask whether the program fee includes the GLP-1 medication or whether the drug is billed separately, and whether the drug is brand-name or compounded. The hormone FAQ calls its pellets compounded, so ask the same question about any hormone product. The FAQ also notes that calling a hormone bioidentical does not automatically make it natural. Ask what that means for the specific product you would receive.
Next, ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, how often they are required, and whether any of it can be done by video. Finally, ask how cancellation works, including whether there is a minimum term or a fee for leaving a membership or payment plan.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a day spa and medical services under one roof, and you are willing to get prices, the prescriber's name and the medication details in writing before you commit. If you need those answers published before you call, or you want care you can begin by video, call the clinic first and notice how well it answers your questions.
