What is DRIP Health & MedSpa?
DRIP Health & MedSpa is a medical spa in Miami Lakes, at 14575 NW 77th Ave, Suite 304, that started in 2022 as a mobile IV hydration service. Much of what it does is aesthetic: Botox and other injectables, fillers, Sculptra, peels, microneedling, laser resurfacing and XERF skin tightening. Alongside that it runs a men's health and wellness side with testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), hormone replacement therapy, bioidentical hormone therapy for women, peptide therapy, GLP-1 weight loss with semaglutide or tirzepatide, IV and NAD+ therapy, and a Direct Primary Care membership.
Its medical team includes nurse practitioners and physicians, but none is named. The first weight loss visit is with a nurse practitioner, and check-ins with the nurse practitioner during the program can be virtual. Hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM by appointment. It also offers at-home IV and wellness services.
What does it cost?
DRIP publishes its weight loss prices. The first visit with a nurse practitioner is $125 and includes the initial lab work. Programs require a 3-month commitment, are paid in full before you start, and can be financed. Semaglutide programs cost $1,200, $1,450 or $1,750 for 12 weeks, and tirzepatide programs cost $1,400, $1,775 or $2,175. The base tier includes 12 weeks of weekly injections, which you give yourself after the first one. Higher tiers add weekly lipotropic/B12 shots, and the top tier adds a monthly Slim & Trim Drip. If you'd rather not commit, monthly pricing runs from $500 to $700 for semaglutide and $575 to $850 for tirzepatide. Hormone therapy and peptide prices are not published, and there is nothing about insurance.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask whether the semaglutide and tirzepatide are brand-name or compounded. Ask whether the $125 visit is credited toward a program if you sign up, and what follow-up labs cost after the first set. Because the 12-week programs are paid in full, ask what happens if you need to stop early and whether any of it is refunded. For TRT, hormone therapy or peptides, ask for the monthly cost, what it covers, and which clinician will prescribe. Ask the name and credentials of the nurse practitioner or physician you'll see.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you're near Miami Lakes, want GLP-1 weight loss with prices you can compare before you call, and are comfortable prepaying for 12 weeks. It also suits someone who wants hormone care and aesthetic treatments under one roof.
