About Q Aesthetics
What is Q Aesthetics?
Q Aesthetics is a medical aesthetics clinic at 1270 North Wickham Road Ste 10 in Melbourne, Florida. Most of its services are cosmetic: Botox, Xeomin, dermal fillers, facials, laser and IPL treatments, Morpheus 8, PRP, exosome therapy, IV therapy and B-12 injections. Medical weight loss is one of its services, and it is the one most relevant to someone looking for prescription weight loss care. It grew out of an existing primary care practice.
The clinic names two prescribers: Dr. Micah Craig, MD and Dr. Q. Salia MP PA-C. Its weight loss information does not say which of them prescribes the medications.
The weight loss program names phentermine, semaglutide, tirzepatide, B12, orlistat, a phentermine/Topiramax combination and bupropion. It also includes a look at baseline hormonal balance, with thyroid, testosterone and HRT treatment. All of this is used alongside diet and exercise, and visits can be in person or by tele visit.
What does it cost?
The weight loss program has a program fee from $120 per month. The first consultation is listed as free. It does not say whether the monthly fee includes medication. Medication has its own listed prices: semaglutide at $399 for the 10mg dose or $749 for the 20mg dose, and tirzepatide at $399 for 20mg, $749 for 40mg or $1,099 for 60mg. It does not say whether those are weekly or monthly totals. It does not say whether insurance is accepted. Cherry Payment Plans and CareCredit are listed as payment options. No cancellation terms are published, and no prices appear for the cosmetic treatments.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which prescriber will write your weight loss prescriptions and who reviews your progress at follow-up visits. Ask whether the $120 fee covers medication and, if it does not, what the full monthly cost comes to for the dose you would take. Ask whether the medications are brand-name or compounded, since the clinic does not say. The weight loss information lists pregnancy or breastfeeding, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, untreated hyperthyroidism, a history of heart disease and a history of stroke as reasons it will not prescribe. Ask which of these apply to you and what gets checked first. Also ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, whether insurance is accepted, and how to cancel. Two phone numbers appear for weight loss, 321-576-2272 and 321-567-2211, so confirm which to call. Virtual visit hours are listed differently from office hours, so confirm when you can reach the team.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want medical weight loss or hormone care that you pay for yourself, and you are willing to ask who prescribes, what the full monthly total is and which listed conditions apply to you before you book. If you need insurance to cover the visits, that is not stated, so ask first. It does not list peptide or longevity programs.
