Harmony Community Clinic is a primary care and wellness practice at 1103 West Hibiscus, Suite 302A, in Melbourne, Florida 32901. It describes its work as primary, preventive and wellness care for adults and families, with a bilingual team. Its listed services are primary care, medical weight management, hormone therapy, IV vitamin therapy, telehealth and lab testing. Hormone therapy has separate pages for men, for women and for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).

What does it cost?
The clinic charges a $50 consultation fee for new patients. Its TRT programs are priced monthly: TRT Básico at $149 a month, TRT Completo at $249 a month and the program named "TRT Premium" at $299 a month. Básico covers monthly follow-up, dose adjustments, prescription management and secure messaging. Completo adds "Medicamento y suministros según el programa," which roughly means medication and supplies depending on the program. The clinic does not say whether the monthly price includes the medication itself. It also notes that its program prices may change. It publishes no prices for weight management, primary care, IV therapy, labs or telehealth, and it does not state a cancellation policy.
On insurance, the clinic writes: "La cobertura depende del servicio y del plan. Comunícate con la clínica para verificar opciones de seguro y pago directo." In its own words, coverage depends on the service and plan, and patients should call to check insurance and direct-pay options. It does not name the insurers it accepts.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription and what license that person holds, since no prescriber is named anywhere. For TRT, ask whether the monthly price includes the testosterone, and if not, what it costs and where it is filled. Ask whether any medication is brand-name or compounded, and what the clinic's pharmacy arrangement is.
For weight management, ask which medication would be used, what it costs per month and whether that is included in any program fee. Ask what the initial and follow-up labs cost. The TRT page says initial and follow-up labs are part of treatment, so find out whether they are billed separately. Ask whether the $50 consultation is credited toward a program.
Ask whether the clinic bills your insurance, and if you pay directly, what each visit and program costs. Ask how a monthly program is cancelled and whether there is a notice period. Ask whether telehealth visits are with the same provider you would see in person.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want hormone, weight or primary care with a bilingual team and you are willing to ask who prescribes and what the monthly price covers before you pay. The TRT page also says: "Solicitar tratamiento no garantiza que sea clínicamente apropiado." In its own words, requesting treatment does not guarantee that it is appropriate for you, so a consultation is the step that answers that question.
