What is Fountain of You?
Fountain of You is a medical spa at 1472 N Harbor City Blvd in Melbourne, FL 32935. Its Google category is medical spa, and most of its menu is cosmetic: Botox and fillers, Kybella, Morpheus8, IPL, laser hair removal, chemical peels and Diamond Glow. In its own words: "Fountain of You is a whole body anti-aging and wellness medical center."
Several of its programs fall in the areas most readers here are looking at. It lists bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for men and for women, menopause therapy, peptide therapy, and a weight-loss offer built around GLP-1 medications, with semaglutide and tirzepatide named. Its weight-loss page still reads coming soon, so ask what is running now. The clinic names Dr. Kim Zipper as its prescriber, and no credentials are published beside her name. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday by appointment, and closed Sunday. The phone number is 321-574-5376. Google shows a 5 rating from 526 reviews.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for weight loss, hormone therapy or peptide therapy. It does not say whether a fee includes medication, whether it takes insurance, or what the first consultation costs. The only dollar figure tied to weight loss sits in a February 2021 blog post, which lists $499 for a three-week program called Clean Start, described there as a savings of $100. That post is several years old, so confirm the price before you rely on it. The same post says the program may include prescription medication and/or lipotropic injections, depending on the personal plan.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. Ask Dr. Kim Zipper, or whoever writes the prescription, for their credentials before the first visit. Then ask whether the program fee includes the medication or bills it separately. Ask whether a GLP-1 medication is an FDA-approved brand or a compounded version, and where it is dispensed. The clinic's own GLP-1 article tells patients to know exactly what medication they receive and where it was dispensed, so the question is a fair one.
Then ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and how often they happen. Ask whether any part can be done by telehealth, since the clinic does not say. Ask whether it accepts insurance for any of these services. For hormone therapy, ask what testing comes before a prescription and what it costs. Finally, ask how a program is canceled and whether any fee is refundable.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a medical spa that offers cosmetic treatments alongside hormone, peptide and weight-loss care, and you are comfortable getting the prescriber's credentials and written prices before you commit. It is a weaker fit if you need published prices or insurance billing before you book.
