About Regal Weight Loss

What is Regal Weight Loss?

Regal Weight Loss is a medical weight loss practice that has been operating since 2016. It describes its program as coaching-led: a custom plan, complete lab work, a medical evaluation, and nutritional coaching, with medication added when it fits the plan. It offers GLP-1 injections, lipotropic (MIC) injections, the LipoStat Skinny Shot, B12 and vitamin injections, prescription appetite suppressants, and the Regal Membership that ties them together. It does not offer hormone therapy.

Dr Eric Naifeh, DC, DC., FNP, PMHNP, serves as Medical Director, reviews labs and approves prescriptions. Chief Consultant Marissa leads the nutritional coaching and weekly check-ins. In its own words: "Anyone who'd rather not drive can do the whole program virtually."

What does it cost?

The Regal Membership is $150 a month, with a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month, and members can cancel anytime. The membership covers the custom plan, complete lab work, the medical evaluation, nutritional coaching, weekly 1:1 check-ins and 24/7 AI support between visits. It does not include the medication. Prescribed therapies are offered at member pricing, but it does not publish those prices for GLP-1 injections, lipotropic injections or appetite suppressants. The first consultation is free, with no obligation.

It accepts FSA and HSA funds and will write a letter of medical necessity when appropriate. It does not say whether general health insurance is accepted.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who signs each prescription, and whether that is the same clinician who reviews your labs. It does not say whether its GLP-1 is brand-name or compounded, so ask which it is and which pharmacy fills it. Ask for the total monthly cost with the medication included, since the $150 membership leaves it out.

Ask whether repeat lab work and dose-adjustment visits are covered by the membership or billed separately. Ask how cancellation works during the 3-month minimum, and whether general insurance is accepted. For the appetite suppressant and the lipotropic injections, ask for the price before you commit.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want labs and a medical evaluation before anything is prescribed, and you want coaching built around the medication. It suits someone who can pay out of pocket or with FSA or HSA funds, and who is ready to commit to at least three months. If the medication price matters to your decision, it is worth calling and asking for the full monthly figure first.
