Ask what follow-up visits and repeat labs cost, and where your blood is drawn, since testing runs through outside lab partners.
Ask whether an online telehealth consult can end in a prescription. Get the monthly amount and activation fee in writing before you sign. Ask how cancellation works during the six-month minimum, and whether insurance or an HSA can pay any part. Ask what counts as a measurable improvement under the 90-day guarantee, and who decides.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you can get to the Lutz office on a weekday or are comfortable with an online consult, you want lab testing and coaching bundled into one monthly plan, and you can commit to at least six months. It is a weaker fit if you need a physician's name and credentials on your prescription before you pay, or you want a firm price in writing before you book.
