Ear wax removal is $75. Tests, screenings and vaccines run from $25 to $140. School physicals are $35 to $45, a college entry physical is $50, and a work physical is $60. A DOT physical is $95. PPD skin placement is $30 and a PPD skin read is $35. Lab work is drawn in the office for office orders, and Quest discount prices are available for self-pay.
